ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS  2024-25

Please note that our availability is on a first come, first serve basis. We will keep this form updated as accurately as possible but there may be some availability that is filled before we are able to update our form.  Thank you .

Our 2s classes and 3s classes for Fall 2024 are currently full at this time. If you are interested in attending, please complete the registration form below and we will be in touch with you if an opening becomes available.

 

We have 3 remaining openings in our 4s classes on Monday/ Wednesday for Fall 2024.

Welcome to The Learning Tree! Please complete the following steps to register for the 2024-25 school year. 

 

1-Read the 2024-25 Parent Handbook below. 

 

2- Complete the online registration form.  See Registration Form tab below.

3- Sign and return the release form. Please check all boxes and email it to ltpforms@gmail.com with your child’s full name in the subject. 

​

4- Pay the $50 registration fee (add $25 for each additional child) through the Pushpay App, access by clicking on the PushPay button below. 

 

We are excited to have you as part of The Learning Tree for the Fall 2024.  Please note that all 4 steps must be completed before you are fully registered.
